Shipping policy

Please allow 24-48 hours (except weekends or holidays) to process orders and get them shipped out.

Customers should receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout, to secure receipt of this confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: Society Marketplace is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered packages once it leaves our shop. We will provide you with a tracking number via email upon shipping your package. After it leaves our shop, you will need to file any claims with USPS or UPS depending upon your carrier. **It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information upon processing your order. In the event that a shipped item is returned to us due to and incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping charges.
